Terms & Conditions

  • I am available Monday-Friday 8am until 4pm PST (in-office 8:30am to 4:00pm). On weekends I am available for urgent matters or scheduled meetings. Holidays are reserved for my family however, I will always respond to urgent matters.
  • My clients can contact me via calls, texts, and emails. I try to respond promptly to urgent inquiries and most general inquiries. In the event I am unable to get a response to you right away on a general inquiry I will respond “received” and advise within 24 hours.
  • Invoices applicable the Client Agreement Contract is signed and will be sent out monthly as tasks are completed. Invoices will continue until my services are no longer needed. All payments are due upon agreed terms. l accept check or online payments.
  • If circumstances arise that you are not satisfied with my services I kindly ask that you communicate your concerns to me so that we can work together on finding solutions and adjust the way we work together. COMMUNICATION IS KEY it is my responsibility to ensure my services are exceeding my clients expectations.
  • I require 30-Days Notice if you decide to terminate any contracted agreements and applicable termination terms will be applied. Your final invoice is subject to be prorated from the date of your written request for cancellation.
